  • When should I expect my item?

    Most items ship out within the next business day. On Outboard Parts, sometimes it will be 2 handling days before leaving the warehouse. You can contact us if you are needing expedited shipping.

  • Do you accept returns?

    We accept returns within 30-days of purchase, as long as the item is in un-used condition. ELECTRICAL ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE. For returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping and a 20% restocking fee. Refunds can take up to 30-days to be issued, depending on the manufacturer's policies.

  • What if I do not know my part number?

    Customer Service is something we take pride in at Seaman Marine. If you need help, just contact us and we will help you in the best way we can. If you have any Model or Serial # we can help you find the correct part you are needing.

  • What if I do not see the part I need on your website?

    We supply thousands of parts, many of which may not yet be uploaded to our website. If you are looking for a part that you do not see, just contact us and we will help you to the best of our ability!

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Yes! We value our international customers and offer international shipping. For an international shipping quote, contact us and we can get you a price on shipping an item to your country!
